Kelly is an athlete, adventure goer and an advocate for all over wellness. She found Pilates about 5 years ago while searching for a routine as vigorous as gymnastics. It wasn’t too long after she started that she took a leap of faith to quit her college dream job and get certified to teach. She has most recently completed Level II Peak Pilates Comprehensive training and is on her way to Level III.

Presently in Providence, RI, Kelly is always seeking ways to inspire wellness and instill a passion of Pilates in everyone she meets. Mat Pilates has always been a favorite of Kelly’s; learning the principles of body awareness via mat class will boost the efficiency of any workout, and most importantly, your daily life.

Kelly is also certified as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She believes in healing the body holistically. After learning first hand that nutrition and happiness can heal, she is always looking for more ways to share the miracles of the body. When she’s not teaching, you can find her with her dog, advocating to save the earth, and practicing circus arts.
