  3. BulletEquipment classes run with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 so you get lots of attention ... but registration is required!

  4. BulletIf a class is full, join the waitlist. You will be notified by email if a slot opens.

Once 3 or more people request a time... we add it to the schedule as a regular class. So call and tell us when you want to work out!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Privates, Duets, Trios (Blue)

Appointments scheduled at your convenience. One, Two, or Three People with an Instructor on the equipment, mat, or TRX.


Equipment Class (Purple)

Pilates sessions with 2-4 students on one or more pieces of equipment including Tower, Reformer/Tower, and Chair. May also include props like the Arc Barrel, Foam Roller, Magic Circle, and Orbit.  Every Pilates session is a full-body workout with emphasis on the core. With every exercise, you develop balance, posture, strength, tone, and flexibility. Our sessions are based in the Classical Repertoire with a blend of Contemporary movements! Socks but no shoes (grip socks are available for purchase!)


Equipment Class Levels:

  1. 1.Beg/Int -- All levels welcome but classes are more targeted towards beginners. Intermediate clients will be expected to know how to modify exercises to make easier or more challenging.

  2. 2.Mixed -- All levels welcome! Class will be adapted to match student levels.

  3. 3.Int/Adv -- Faster-paced, more classical “flow” classes. You need to know general principles, exercises, and transitions.


Instructor Class (Pink)

Equipment Classes at a discounted rate for Certified Pilates Instructors and/or Personal Trainers.


Jumpboard (Purple)

This class is a heart-pumping, fast moving jump class using the Reformer Jumpboard with some core work thrown in!  Some Reformer knowledge is recommended but not necessary (but no injuries please!)


TRX Plus! (Yellow)

We use the TRX Suspension Trainer for a full-body cardio and strength workout. In each class we hit legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms, and abs! All levels welcome since the TRX is designed to help you tailor the workout to your own skill level! Bring athletic shoes!


M2B: Mat to Barre (Green)

A Fusion style class of Pilates Mat and Barre work. Done to music and utilizing props like weights, sliders, rings, etc.  -- This class will get your hear rate up, legs burning, arms toned, and abs on in no time!


Pilates Mat (Green)

Done on the floor without any of the apparatus. Flow through Joseph Pilates original mat exercises. Stretch and strengthen the core while utilizing your entire body! May also involve some small props like the magic circle, balls, bands, and small weights. You may even recognize some Reformer moves!


Pilates Tower / Mat (Green) or Tower Trio (Purple)

A combination of mat plus spring work utilizing our newest piece of equipment (downstairs) -- the Wall Towers! These are like the two ends of the Cadillac bolted into the wall with a raised mat in front. A fun and challenging combo class that stretches and tones the entire body!


Cardio PlayGround (Yellow)

This is basically anything Maria feels like teaching that day in a fast-paced circuit format. She’ll get your heart-rate up and keep it up to burn some calories! You may use a combination of the Reformer Jumpboard, Jump Ropes, Kickboxing, BOSU, Battling Ropes, TRX, Orbit, Weights, and more!
